Mental Illnesses are real and some can be very severe. Without getting help you won’t be able to heal. You won’t be able to get your life back in order. The first step is getting help, the second step is knowing about your health, your sickness and medications that’s going to actually help.

You are not alone

Getting or needing help does not mean that you are weak. Don’t listen to that foolishness. You are human, you are strong! Hell anybody dealing with a mental illness are the strongest people.

I really hate all the stigma that surrounds Mental Illnesses, because of it, people are ashamed or embarrassed to really admit that they’re dealing with a sickness. When mental illnesses are really the same as any other illness.

Mental health affects millions of people in America. It is really really time to start talking about it. Stop hiding it! Be open about it! Not getting help will just drive the hell out of you. Don’t listen to what others say to you, don’t listen to what others may think about you, get the help that you need so that you can breathe, and be the best you that you can be.

It’ll set your mind free, you won’t have to worry about your mind racing. You’ll be more calm, you’ll be able to think and get things done. You won’t have to worry about all those emotions, because getting the help that you need makes you more focused.

Getting the help that you need, you’ll finally be able to breathe, you’ll be able to live!

Always remember you are not alone, you are strong, and getting the help that you need just means you’re even stronger!!

You can live a great life with a mental illness as long as you take care of yourself, take your medications, and keep up with all your appointments.

Talk to your family doctor or therapist… You got this!! Don’t give up and keep fighting, don’t let depression or anxiety, take over your life. Face it! Fight it! Treat it! Beat it!
